It is unfortunate that we must address this, but it is essential for us to ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience for all our customers. While we appreciate the overwhelming support and positive feedback from most of our customers, we have noticed an increase in fake COD orders. This has led to unnecessary expenses and disruptions in our operations.
When we introduced the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, it was built on mutual trust and understanding. Unfortunately, some customers have misused this service by placing orders and then refusing to accept them upon delivery, claiming they never placed the orders. This not only affects our business but also impacts the genuine customers who trust and value our products.
To protect our genuine customers and ensure a better shopping experience, we have implemented the following measures:

Order Confirmation:
- After placing a COD order, customers will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, SMS, or email within 3 days of the order date.
- If we do not receive a confirmation response within this period, the order will be automatically canceled. A cancellation message will be sent to the customer's phone number.

- We may not fulfill COD orders if the provided address seems incomplete or suspicious.

Appeal Process:
- We understand that there may be genuine reasons for not confirming an order within the stipulated time. If your order is canceled by mistake, please contact us at mystyle@mogambooclothing.com. We will gladly review and process your order.
We regret that these measures are necessary, but honesty and responsibility are core values at Mogamboo Clothing Company. Our priority is to provide you with a reliable and enjoyable shopping experience.
